The hacking trend is on the rise with stories of accounts being hacked every day. The latest hacked story is that of TalkTalk, the telecoms confirmed stories that its website was hacked and a number of client’s details were exposed. The matter currently under investigations has led to the arrest of 3 suspected hackers 2 are said to be teenagers. I got a mail this month from a webhost stating their server was hacked with also lead to data breach, the mail also stated that the matter was being resolved.
Our lives the 21st century involves the use of social media which is our virtual community where we connect with people build reputation and uphold our reputation. But what happens when our reputation is tarnished? This was the ordeal of a friend who had his facebook account hacked and pictures and links NSFW were shared on his page.
How can we save our accounts from being hacked? This steps I hope will show you how.
